This two-story property features spacious indoor and outdoor living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms with showers, accommodating up to 12 guests. A crib and portable baby bathtub are also available. Enjoy a private outdoor area with a fenced pool, large garden, open terrace, several covered terraces, barbecue, and outdoor shower. On-site parking is available for 2 cars, and free street parking is also possible. One pet is welcome. Groups of young people are not allowed. All rooms have air conditioning with hot/cold pump. Wi-Fi is suitable for video calls. Parties are not permitted. The main guests must be over 30 years old (this does not apply to family members of the main guest). Beach and pool towels are provided.
